My Review: This is another great book from the author. She writes about the age appropriate biblical concepts that are woven around the recurring theme of how God watches over us. As the little boy in the book pack his picnic basket with food and toys for play, he smiles because he knows that God is with him through out the day. He knows that God will always provide for him as he shares his watermelon and sandwich with his friends. When it starts to rain God will protect him and his friends as they shelter under the umbrella. According to God’s words “I will be with you always” Matthew 28:20. God will always protect and answer our prayers.

This book shows a cut out images of items in the basket which will draw any child’s attention.
