My Review: Do you struggle getting your child to settle down during bedtime? You have tried everything including relaxation techniques, but still couldn’t get your child to settle down. Do not give up as the author has included the relaxation techniques with her concept and decided to share it with others.

This book teaches how to practice the techniques that will help your child fall asleep. Like quieting their body, easing their mind, closing their eyes and breathing deeply. Relaxing every part of the body is important, from wiggling of their feet and let them rest, straighten the legs and settle them, wiggle their fingers, flex their hands and many more. The illustrations by Dana Theveneau are bold and bright which helps tell the story.

Buy a copy today and teach your child the best way to have a restful sleep.

  5. When my son was younger & needed a filling, the staff at our dentist’s office taught him relaxation techniques so he wouldn’t be afraid. I think my grandchildren would appreciate this book – the older ones after a stressful school day & the younger ones to set up good bedtime routines.
