  3. Wonderful books. I especially like the Waiting for Christmas: A Story about the Advent Calendar. What a good book to teach about advent. As a retired elementary teacher, I also know the importance of reading and owning your own books. I encourage my young granddaughter to be a life long reader by buying and reading to her. I would love to add these to her library.

  5. What a great selection. I would love to have “The Little Drummer Boy” for my granddaughter. My favorite Christmas song is “The Little Drummer Boy” and it is my granddaughter’s also but she calls it the Bum Bum song. The “Sacred Songs of Christmas” would be an awesome addition to a family library. I listen to and sing Christmas songs all year–they never get tiresome or are out of season.

  6. I am a preservice teacher and am collecting books to use in my future classroom. I feel as though these books would be put to great to use in the classroom. They could, not only be used in a school setting, but also a Sunday school setting.

  8. I am really excited for some of these books! I love the legend of the candy cane, we have been teaching my daughter (she is only 2, so we just started this year) about why we do certain things at Christmas, this book is so great for that!! I also think the first Christmas Tree Gives the Best gift looks really good, I would love to use these books to start new traditions with my family!!

  13. I always pack the Christmas books with the ornaments so they are special every year when we read them at this time. I like the songs book with the CD the best.

  14. I would love to have new Christmas books to add to our collection. I especially love Sacred Songs of Christmas that includes a CD. My children love to sing and love to learn new songs. This is such a great learning tool for them. You always seem find the loveliest books to offer..

  17. These are wonderful books for the young ones. My niece is just beginning to get into the books and wanting to have your read to her. I encourage reading to children from a very young age. I think it helps them to read and understand alot better than if you dont read to them. Thanks

  22. What fun it would be to add these books to our Christmas/winter collection! I’d love the Ezra Jack Keats book, The Little Drummer Boy. The Taste of Snow would be perfect, as my granddaughter loves to eat snow! Waiting for Christmas would be great as my daughter always has an advent calendar for the kids. And I’d love to introduce the Legend of the Candy Cane to all the grandkids.

  25. My 3 top choices would be 1. The Little Drummer Boy – I just love the message in this song and how great it can be read in book form. 2. The Taste of Snow- the cover reminds me how much fun my kid have too when they run outside and try to catch and taste snowflakes and 3. The Legend of the Candy Cane – I also like the message in the book.

  26. I love this selection of Christmas stories! I would have to pick the taste of snow, as it shows a little girl experiencing snow!, The Christmas village looks like a book a child or an adult would love to read, and Jolly old saint nick shows about the magic still alive!

  31. I love Christmas books in general, and these sound absolutely fantastic. And it’s good that you highlighted more than just Christmas. I would choose Legend of the Candy cane, The Little Drummer Boy, Jingle Bell Sleigh, and Jolly Old Santa Claus. But I would be happy with any!
