Book Review/Giveaway: Double Vision. Ends Jan 25th, 2013
About the Book: One’s a Secret Agent, One’s Not. Twelve year-old Linc is a troublemaker with a dilemma. His antics on a recent field trip went way overboard, landing his already poor family with a serious lawsuit. So when two secret agents show up at his house, Linc is eager to take them up on their offer to make the lawsuit disappear. They just need one tiny favor… Turns out Linc looks just like one of their top kid agents–an agent who’s gone missing during a vitally important mission. But no briefing can prepare Linc for how dangerous the mission really is. It’s too bad he isn’t a black belt, a math genius, or a distance runner like his agent double. He’ll need all those skills and more if he hopes to make it out of this mission alive… http://www.doublevisionbooks.com/
My Review: Linc couldn’t resist the chance to start some trouble at Mr. Johnson’s chicken farm during a field trip which resulted in a lawsuit. But when two secret agents turned up at his parent’s doorstep and told him that he looks just like one of their agent Benjamin Green who has gone missing while undercover.
Linc said “But what does that have to do with me?” The agent went on to tell him that without agent Green to deliver a package, the exchange is off. Linc wasn’t interested but when he heard that Mr. Johnson’s lawyer is Zachary Quinn, Linc knew his only choice was to help the agents and save his parent from this lawsuit. All Linc has to do is pose as Benjamin Green.
I highly recommend this book which is filled with action and adventure, a thrill for kids age 8 and up one you done want to miss adding to your library.

wow this book sounds like it would be a fun read! my sister would probably enjoy it!!! (and so would I lol )
Such intrigue! I am curious as to what trouble Linc caused to result in a lawsuit – I guess I will have to read & find out, or have my grandson read – he is just starting to get into chapter books in the mystery/action genre.
I am not familiar with this author or book, I am surprised my sons haven’t found it yet. It is definitely one they would enjoy. Also sounds like a book some of the boys in my class would like. I’ll do anything to get them to read. This may be one of those things.
Thanks for the review.

One the grandkids might enjoy
this sounds like a fun book. secret agent kids–very cool!
This book sounds like it is full of action and suspense. My son would love it! He is very much into books that have action and adventure. Thank you for the opportunity!
I know you said ages 8 and up, but I know a seven-year-old boy who loves the James Bond movies and could probably benefit more from reading this kind of book instead!
I look forward to finding out how Linc handles the delivery and if he gets to meet Agent Green. I hope he didn’t hurt any chickens at the farm.
