Book Review/Giveaway: Glorious Praise. Ends October 20th

About the Author: Angels of Agape is proud to showcase our children’s author W. L. Wilkinson.  This dedicated husband and father was inspired by the birth of his first son in 2007 to find new and whimsical ways to instill the word of God into the youth of today along with the power of praise, prayer, and worship so they will become a stronger body of Christ for tomorrow.  Mr. Wilkinson believes in the edification of Christian principles to our children in the early stages of their lives.  He is a firm advocate of parents sowing into their children, and in due time, they will reap a bountiful harvest. Proverbs 22:6 (NIV) Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. William has committed himself to teaching children and now he will expand his ministry to spread the word of God through his books. His books entitled, The ABC’s of Scripture: from Anointed to Zealous, Traci’s Praise, Wild Praise, and Glorious Praise can be purchased on our website. http://www.angelsofagape.com/#!about-the-author/c1enr

Glorious Praise by W. Wilkinson III

About the book: Glorious Praise is a wonderful poetic story that gives children insight into what it means to glorify God in anything and everything we do. 1 Corinthians 10:31 says: “…whatever You do, do it all for the glory of God.” And in 1 Corinthians 12:27 the bible says: “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” I believe it is important for us, as Christians, to be examples of Christ in all we do. When reading this book, remember to make God’s praise Glorious.

My Review: This book will teach children that they can glorify God in any career of their choice. Whether becoming a doctor or a nurse God will give them the skills to heal the sick and give sight to the blind. And if they decide to dance for the Lord, He will give them the gift of dance to praise Him with style and grace.

Whatever their skills according to 1 Corinthians 12:4-6 (NIV) 4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

But in whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God 1 Corinthians 10:31. This book will inspire children to become whatever God called them to be.

  3. I think it’s wonderful that the author is committed to teaching children about God through his books :-)

I love the idea of this book! Not only does it help inspire the kids to become what God wants them to be, but it also sounds like it inspires them to glorify God in all they do….like picking up toys ;-)

  4. I like that the author enthusiastically and joyfully shares that children need to discover the gifts God has given to them and to use them for His Glory in all that they do. How wonderful that it is based on scripture truths.

  6. What a wonderful man. To create a way to teach our kids the Glory of God. I agree wholeheartedly that children need to learn at a young age so it carries with them through their lifetime. A great read dedicated to children.
